Senior EDI Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior EDI Analyst is responsible for internal EDI processes and EDI implementation, supporting project-based initiatives that impact file integrations with clients and data providers.

In Short

• Maintain knowledge of employee benefits and Flores systems.
• Understand EDI file setup and maintenance processes.
• Interact with various stakeholders to facilitate EDI file feeds.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and test systems.

• Perform file testing and layout building.
• Manage client file duties including routing and auditing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 4+ years as an EDI, Interface, or Integration Analyst.
• Proficient with EDI tools and data orchestration.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to manage significant client relationships.
