Overview

The Senior PBP will step in to support FloQast’s growth during a parental leave, driving key HR processes for our Research & Development (R&D) teams. You’ll take charge of cyclical people programs for R&D groups, handle employee relations, and be the go-to for managers’ daily questions—ensuring smooth operations and a positive employee experience.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in PBP or related roles
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders
  • Experience supporting teams through organizational shifts
  • Ability to interpret data and trends
  • Skilled at strengthening leadership effectiveness

  • Positive, team-oriented mindset
