Overview

The Sales Manager will be joining a fast-growing team to help our technology company obtain new clients for our accounting transformation platform, targeting finance and accounting professionals.

In Short

  • Directly manage a team of Corporate Account Executives (AEs)
  • Achieve assigned revenue and sales unit targets
  • Participate in all aspects of the sales cycle
  • Utilize SFDC for opportunity management and forecasting
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing management
  • Provide input on competitive activity and product direction
  • Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings and team meetings
  • Engage actively in sales cycles
  • Set, track, and manage team KPIs
  • Coach to Sandler sales methodology

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS
  • 3+ years of sales management experience
  • Prior experience selling to CFOs
  • Ability to utilize SFDC for performance metrics
  • Strong coaching and counseling skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly energetic and positive team player
  • Tenacious and committed to exceeding targets
