In Short

• Own and track key KPIs for your business segment.
• Bridge the gap between Product & Operations.
• Identify and address gaps in People, Process, and Product.
• Define & prioritize requirements for your segment.
• Collaborate directly with internal development teams.
• Partner with Product Operations to track project success.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or a similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced, evolving product environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience collaborating with engineers and writing business requirements.
• Worked with designers to craft customer-facing products.
• (Bonus) Experience with distributed devices/IOT systems.
• (Bonus) Worked with Operations teams, specifically Support organizations.
• (Bonus) Experience with 3rd party/contractor field services.
• (Bonus) Strong knowledge of SQL.
