Part-Time Bookkeeper/Finance Assistant - Remote

Overview

A growing financial consultancy supporting creative, marketing and PR agencies across the UK is looking for a proactive Finance Assistant / Bookkeeper to join their team on a part-time basis. The role is predominantly remote, but you must be UK-based and able to travel to Bristol once a month for in-person team meetings.

In Short

• Part-time role (3 days per week)

• Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 pro-rata
• Support day-to-day finance operations for key agency clients
• Bookkeeping using Xero
• Managing Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Raising invoices and conducting credit control
• Maintaining clear communication with clients
• AAT qualified or currently studying preferred
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in bookkeeping or finance support
• Confident with Xero; familiarity with digital tools is a plus
• Highly organized and friendly
• Prior experience in a client-facing role is beneficial
