Our client, a US-based firm, is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Bookkeeper to join their team. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while providing essential bookkeeping services to the clients. This is a part-time role, and full-time during high season (December-April)

• Remote part-time bookkeeping position
• Manage CEO's calendar and daily agenda
• Respond to emails and social media inquiries
• Coordinate public-facing events and follow up on meetings
• Upload client documents and maintain client data
• Schedule meetings with bookkeeping clients
• Assist with tax planning and document outreach
• Offboard clients and prepare final deliverables
• Track open questions and follow up as needed
• Assist with tax prep letters and P&L statements

Requirements

• Experience in bookkeeping or administrative support
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient in document management systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
