Part-Time Finance Assistant - Remote

In Short

• Support the finance team in daily transactional activities.
• Manage accounts email and develop relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Process quarterly VAT and manage monthly task schedules.
• Assist in preparation of management accounts and ad hoc finance tasks.
• Help with payroll and pension uploads.
• Support during audit periods and fundraising.
• Process expenses.
• Entry-level role for gaining valuable work experience.
• Remote work opportunity with flexible location within the UK.
• Part-time position, approximately 2 days a week.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance and Accounting or similar.
• Previous experience with using Xero.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Great team player.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Basic understanding of double entry.
