SharePoint Implementation Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a technical, client-facing professional to join our growing Client Success team, focusing on SharePoint-based workflows and Flexi’s accounting software solutions.

In Short

• Support the implementation of Flexi’s software solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements.
• Provide professional services support for workflow design.
• Serve as a technical resource for troubleshooting SharePoint issues.
• Assist with SQL-based data queries.
• Contribute to documentation and training for customer enablement.
• Engage with product and engineering teams for issue resolution.
• Participate in project planning and status reporting.
• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Identify opportunities for expansion or optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with SharePoint-based solutions.
• Experience with workflow configuration tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with financial/accounting systems is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise customers preferred.
• SharePoint administration experience is a plus.
