We are seeking a part time Marketing Coordinator who has a passion for writing and storytelling and is very detail oriented. In this copywriting-focused role, you’ll help translate complex HR topics and ideas into clear, compelling content that resonates with business leaders.

In Short

Write and edit high-quality, engaging copy for various platforms.
Research and synthesize information for articles and marketing material.
Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency.
Support thought leadership content on HR trends.
Proofread and edit content for accuracy and clarity.
Assist with content calendars and marketing initiatives.
Create polished marketing materials using Canva.
Collaborate with teams to translate ideas into messaging.
Other projects as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing or communication preferred.
2-4 years of business-to-business marketing experience preferred.
Strong copywriting and editing skills.
Highly organized and adaptable.
Attention to detail is essential.
Comfortable writing about business topics.
Ability to operate in a fast-changing environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft software.
