Overview

Fleetio is looking for an Engineering Manager to focus on the Reporting & Analytics areas of our product. In this role, you will be one of the leaders for our Core Engineering Team, empowering our users with premium analytics and reporting solutions that transform their fleet operations. You will oversee the design, development, and delivery of high-quality features and solutions for our web platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• Proven experience with Ruby-on-Rails or similar frameworks.
• Experience with big data technologies like Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift.
• Experience with BI tools such as ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Qlik.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage team performance.
• Track record of delivering roadmap initiatives.
• Passion for developing and retaining engineers.
• Experience in building SaaS solutions.
• Engagement with external vendors or partners.
