Manager, Analytics Engineering - Remote

Overview

As an Analytics Manager, your mandate is to create a next generation analytics platform that impacts OnePay's vision by enabling the company to monitor and analyze business leading to sustainable and disciplined business outcomes.

• Develop and maintain analytical environment including data marts.
• Build data solutions including pipelines, dashboards, and ad hoc data pulls.
• Set the vision for analytics across the enterprise.
• Lead and develop a team of analytics engineers.
• Work cross-functionally to identify data needs.
• Report to the Head of Analytics.
• Contribute to decision-making with data-driven philosophy.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in analytics, preferably in consumer financial companies.
• Act-like-an-owner mentality.
• Experience with modern data stack (Databricks, DBT, Monte Carlo).
• Proven ability to manage analytical environments.
• Cross-functional collaboration skills.
