The Go-to-Market Lead will shape a data-driven and creative outbound strategy for recruitment, building a modern B2B sales engine from scratch.

In Short

  • Own and build the B2B lead generation funnel from the ground up.
  • Design and execute go-to-market campaigns across various channels.
  • Utilize AI tools, Sales Navigator, and CRM for lead sourcing.
  • Run experiments to improve conversion and pipeline performance.
  • Provide weekly reporting on progress and insights.
  • Conduct market and data analysis for key trends.
  • Collaborate with the founder and recruitment team.
  • Push boundaries in recruitment marketing and B2B automation.
  • Take ownership as an individual contributor with growth potential.

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience in B2B marketing or sales ops.
  • Background in Marketing, Sales, or Business.
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Navigator, Attio or HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem.
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for automation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • French language skills are a plus.
  • Experience with sales enablement or client acquisition is a bonus.
