Requirements

  • Proven experience in Customer Success.
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry and dealerships.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead calls.
  • Operational discipline and strong CRM management.
  • High ownership and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity in a founding role.
