In Short

  • Build the company’s brand, narrative, and demand engine from the ground up.
  • Focus on Product Marketing and Growth/Demand Generation.
  • Refine Flagler’s narrative to stand out in the digital health market.
  • Deliver measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
  • Produce content that positions Flagler as a thought leader in AI-enabled care.
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified leads.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and leadership teams.
  • Establish Flagler’s presence at industry events and digital channels.
  • Track marketing performance metrics and report directly to the CEO.
  • Join a company at an inflection point in the healthcare industry.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B healthcare marketing experience.
  • Proven expertise in Product Marketing and Demand Generation.
  • Deep familiarity with analytics and funnel metrics.
  • Strong storytelling skills in product marketing.
  • Knowledge of AI applications in healthcare.
  • Experience building a marketing tech stack.
  • Background in brand and content development.
  • Exceptional communicator and storyteller.
  • Resourceful and thrives in early-stage environments.
  • Focused on outcomes and conversion opportunities.
