Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for supporting clients with both internal and client-facing events and conferences, delivering exceptional service through effective project management and creative solutions.

In Short

• Full life-cycle planning and execution of multiple key events in various formats.
• Financial management including budget development and reconciliation.
• Sourcing and managing venue contracts and suppliers.
• Coordinating registration, logistics, and vendor management for events.
• Working with internal partners on event deliverables.
• Planning virtual events and managing attendee communications.
• Traveling for site inspections and on-site event management.
• Post-event wrap-up and client debriefs for improvements.
• Sharing knowledge of best practices and new suppliers.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of event management experience.
• Experience in managing senior clients and large events.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent project management skills under pressure.
• Virtual event experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Customer focus and adaptability.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for events.
