Property Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the financial and operational performance of a portfolio of commercial and retail properties in the GTA East Region, ensuring properties are operated and maintained safely and efficiently.

• Manage day-to-day operations and liaise with tenants.

• Prepare and monitor property expense schedules and budgets.
• Conduct strategic analysis of properties.

• Perform Annual Building Inspection activities.
• Manage sub-contractor activities and performance.
• Prepare buildings for BOMA and ICIS submissions.
• Maintain relationships with internal teams and third-party management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Property Manager.
• Strong leadership skills and team development.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of building standards and technical knowledge.
• Proficiency in accounting and financial management.
