Trilingual Attorney - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Trilingual Attorney in Mexico, fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. This is a 100% remote opportunity and the individual must be authorized to work and live in Mexico.

In Short

• Prepare, review, and approve legal contracts and documents.
• Work with stakeholders to revise contracts.
• Represent First Advantage in contract negotiations.
• Assist in the revision of standard form contracts.
• Provide analysis and counsel on existing policies.
• Perform legal research assignments and manage special projects.

Requirements

• Fully trilingual in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
• JD or equivalent from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law.
• 3+ years of corporate contracting experience.
