Senior Product Owner, Delivery - Remote

Overview

The Sr. Product Owner, Delivery role is a remote role combining the execution excellence of a Release Train Engineer (RTE) with the operational rigor of Product Operations, focusing on predictable delivery and cross-team alignment.

In Short

• Assist in formal pre-planning and planning with cross functional teams.
• Drive end-to-end delivery cadence ensuring predictable execution across teams.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve delivery risks, dependencies, and impediments.
• Coordinate release readiness, go/no-go decisions, and production stability.
• Establish and maintain release standards and quality gates.
• Translate product strategy into execution plans and delivery roadmaps.
• Align Product, Engineering, QA, and Business stakeholders.
• Track and report on delivery health using outcome-based metrics.
• Govern Azure DevOps Boards use across product and engineering teams.
• Ensure alignment between Product Plan tool and Azure DevOps.

Requirements

• 7+ years in agile delivery, product operations, or program management.
• 3+ years leading multiple agile teams in a scaled environment.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
