Overview

The Product Analyst is a key member of the Product Solutions team, contributing to product implementations and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support customer monitoring solutions.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in product implementations.

Requirements

• Three or more years of experience in customer implementations.
• Experience with Sales and Client Success Teams in B2B SaaS.
• Customer-focused with a passion for user experience.
• Ability to understand technical and business aspects of the product.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle tough problems and engage stakeholders.
• Organized and detail-oriented team player.
• Able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
• Willingness to take on new tasks and develop concepts.
