Overview

The Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all requests and checks are initiated correctly and that documentation related to verification activities is accurately handled.

In Short

• Ensure requests/checks are initiated correctly within the Internal Service Level Agreement.
• Verify accuracy of verification attempts (templates, emails, faxes, verbal representations).
• Complete timely follow-ups as scheduled.
• Raise insufficiencies from entities as soon as identified.
• Upload all documentation related to verification activities to the System.
• Must have at least 1 year of working experience in any field.
• Exemplary communication and relationship management skills are required.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
