Firesprite is seeking a Principal Designer and 3Cs specialist to create and evolve a AAA locomotion and camera system for a narrative-driven adventure game.

Requirements

• Experience as a Principal 3Cs Specialist.
• Portfolio showcasing 3Cs implementations in 3rd person titles.
• Excellent knowledge of Unreal Engine 5.
• Understanding of motion matching systems.
• Knowledge of player and gameplay cameras.
• Ability to transition between gameplay and cinematics effectively.
• Strong team collaboration and initiative in problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
