Overview

The HR Administrator will act as the first port of call to employees for all HR related queries and administration, helping to streamline admin processes and improve service delivery.

In Short

  • Form and maintain HR records with the HR Management system.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for all staff.
  • Handle end-to-end employee life cycle administration tasks.
  • Update and manage sickness related queries and absence records.
  • Prepare HR documentation, including offer letters and contracts.
  • Manage new starter probation periods.
  • Oversee the HR inbox and raise queries when necessary.
  • Administer benefit programs and schemes.
  • Take notes at HR related meetings as required.
  • Report on HR metrics as needed.

Requirements

  • Experienced HR Administrator preferably within a shared service department.
  • CIPD qualification level 3 upwards (desirable).
  • Experience using an HR software system, preferably Workday.
  • Computer literate with programs such as Word, Excel, etc.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize with excellent attention to detail.
  • High degree of confidentiality and trustworthiness.
