In Short

  • Lead technical implementations for new customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex data, integration, and API issues.
  • Design and implement tailored solutions for customers.
  • Proactively identify and address recurring technical challenges.
  • Build and refine scalable processes for supporting customers.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency with SQL and data querying.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be based in the greater Seattle area.
