In Short

• Design and develop scalable, high-availability backend infrastructure for core products.
• Write clean, maintainable code in Go, Kotlin, and Java using modern development methods like TDD and Clean Code.
• Develop containerized applications with Docker, orchestrate with Kubernetes, and use Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
• Collaborate closely with the DevOps team to optimize performance and deployment pipelines.
• Develop APIs and work with relational and NoSQL databases, including data modeling and ETL pipelines.
• Ensure high code quality, testing, and security standards.
• Support the team through code reviews, knowledge transfer, and technical consulting.
• Actively use AI tools to enhance productivity and participate in internal AI training and experiments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend development, focusing on Go, Kotlin, and/or Java.
• Experience with containerization (Docker), Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architectures, API design, CI/CD processes, and scalability.
• Proficient in working with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and high-performance data processing.
• Agile mindset with a focus on fast, high-quality releases.
• Passion for innovation, new technologies, and AI-driven development.
• Strong communication, initiative, and team-oriented skills.
