Overview

As a Senior Sales / Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for opening new markets, building strategic customer relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth in the DACH and BeNeLux regions. You will act as a trusted commercial partner for your customers and work closely with engineering teams and production partners to develop the right solutions.

  • Drive new business and revenue growth for ATE boards and/or MSAP technology.
  • Build and manage long-term strategic customer relationships.
  • Develop and execute sales and account strategies.
  • Lead complex sales cycles with customers and partners.
  • Analyze market trends to adapt sales strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Senior Sales or Business Development.
  • Strong ability to identify new business opportunities.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles.
  • Solid understanding of technical products and solution-based selling.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working in an international environment.
  • Fluent in English; German or additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
