• Technical responsibility for our IT infrastructure
• Ensuring availability, performance, and security of our office and IT systems
• Defining and implementing a future-proof cloud strategy
• Coaching and developing the team while prioritizing tasks
• Managing IT service desk and budgeted license management
• Leading strategic projects and managing external vendors
• Evaluating new technologies and creating decision templates for management
• Continuous optimization of processes according to ITIL/DevOps principles
• Participating in working groups for IT process development
• Creating a collaborative knowledge-sharing environment

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a leadership role within complex IT infrastructures
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, virtualization, and networking
• Proven expertise in IT service and project management (e.g., ITIL, Prince2, Scrum)
• Strong leadership and communication skills, hands-on mentality, and strategic vision
• Very good German and English skills
