Requirements

• Successfully completed tax consultant examination
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a firm
• Hands-on mentality
• Experience in personnel management
• Strong communication skills and willingness to take responsibility
• Enjoyment in working with clients, employees, and colleagues
• Persuasiveness, assertiveness, and empathy
• High service and customer orientation
