Sales Team Leader (d/m/w) - Remote Germany

Overview

We are looking for a Sales Team Leader (d/m/w) to join our Sales Team and support customers with all inquiries related to car purchases while ensuring a smooth process and excellent customer experience in our Autohero Retail Department.

In Short

• Take responsibility for personnel management and guide the development of your team through feedback sessions and targeted methods.
• Analyze reports and daily, weekly, and monthly goals of your employees (8-12 staff) and motivate your team to achieve high performance using KPIs.
• Work closely with other team leads in Sales.
• Support your team in achieving qualitative and quantitative sales goals.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure further growth by conducting interviews and ensuring efficient onboarding of new colleagues.

Requirements

• Passion for the automotive sector and initial leadership experience of a (sales) team.
• Strong leadership personality with good analytical and process-oriented skills.
• Hands-on mentality and an independent, structured way of working.
• Ensure smooth operations and good dynamics in your team to provide Autohero customers with an unparalleled purchasing experience!
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written, with a good command of Google Tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.).
