• Continually learn and implement innovative recruiting strategies to streamline or improve the recruitment process.
• Build and enhance personal brands while contributing to the company's overall branding efforts.
• Collaboratively create and manage an effective database of high-quality candidates.
• Successfully deliver in accordance with organizational strategy, vision, mission, values, and goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the recruitment industry, working with international companies.
• Proficiency in market research and analysis.
• Effective use of recruitment software and databases.
• Strong knowledge of industry-specific requirements and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
