In Short

• Work from home with stable internet connection.
• Salary range: PHP 50,000 to PHP 90,000 per month.
• Work hours: 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM Philippines Time, Monday to Friday.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a CRO Specialist or similar role.
• Proficiency in Shopify and e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of CRO tools.
• Expertise in A/B testing and web analytics.
• Ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
