Overview

The Compliance Manager will be responsible for establishing and managing the Compliance Monitoring and Controls Testing Programme for Figure Markets Ireland, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and promoting a culture of compliance within the organization.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
