• Enable Figma engineers to ship high quality and performant code by building testing and benchmarking frameworks.
• Develop observability tooling to detect and root cause issues in production quickly.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define goals around automated testing and performance benchmarking.
• Provide engineering teams visibility into their quality and performance.
• Be a part of a unique engineering culture that fosters learning and belonging.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years experience building testing and observability frameworks for web frontend.
• Experience with client-side frontend technologies like React and testing frameworks.
• Demonstrated coding fluency with programming languages including Typescript, C++, and others.
• Experience communicating and collaborating with designers, PMs, and engineers.
• Commitment to improving product quality by building tools and frameworks.
