Overview

The Growth Marketing team at Figma is looking for a Paid Marketing Manager to expand and optimize our paid media presence across social and video channels. This role will play a critical part in driving top-of-funnel growth and broadening Figma’s reach to new audiences.

Requirements

• 6+ years of digital marketing or paid marketing experience.
• Proven experience running paid social and video campaigns for SaaS products.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
• Experience with paid media tools and platforms.
• Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with incrementality testing methods.
