Overview

DCG is seeking a Paid Media and Analytics professional to lead the strategy and execution of advertising campaigns for multiple federal clients.

In Short

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of the paid media campaign lifecycle.
  • Design full-funnel campaign strategies and recommend media mix.
  • Partner with project, communications, and creative teams.
  • Monitor performance and generate insights for optimization.
  • Ensure effective use of taxpayer dollars and maximize ROI.
  • Evaluate and manage vendors and buying partners.
  • Produce deliverables including media strategies and performance reports.
  • Support integrated performance reporting across various tactics.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of media trends and technologies.
  • Support the growth and development of DCG’s paid media practice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing and paid media strategy.
  • 5+ years of media planning and reporting experience.
  • Relevant social media and digital marketing certifications.
  • Experience leveraging analytics tools like Google Analytics 4.
  • Experience with platforms such as Google, Snap, Meta, and Roblox.
  • Proficiency in Out-of-Home advertising methods.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
