Manager, Data Science - Marketing - Remote

Overview

Figma is looking for an experienced leader to join our data science org who is excited about the challenges that come with rapid growth, and passionate about connecting people together through a positive and inclusive culture. As the Data Science Manager on the Marketing team, you’ll work closely with your team as well as marketing leaders, and the broader data science team to deliver strategic insights and build data products that will optimize our go to market activity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience collaborating with marketing teams.
• 2+ years of experience managing a marketing data science team.
• Proven track record of influencing marketing functions.
• Firm knowledge around statistical methods.
• Proficiency in leveraging data and metrics.
