In Short

• Lead teams responsible for shared user experiences across the Figma product suite.
• Set vision, strategy, and goals for navigation and interoperability at Figma.
• Work closely with cross-functional partners in engineering, data, and design.
• Deep user empathy and understanding of complex product spaces.
• Track record of setting strategy and executing on major user-facing initiatives.
• 8+ years managing PMs and fostering high-performance team environments.
• Skill with systems thinking/systems design and UX product chops.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration & communication skills.
• Experience on major cross-app overhauls and design systems (a plus).

Requirements

• 8+ years managing PMs.
• Experience coaching a senior bench of PMs.
• Ability to drive hard decisions forward with boundaryless leadership.
• Skills in systems thinking and UX design.
