Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years as a Product Manager/Product Owner, 5+ in insurtech.
• Success in managing end-to-end product development.
• Strong understanding of health insurance products.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and backlog management.
• Analytical mindset for data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools.
• Self-starter with a sense of ownership.
