VP, Chief Compliance Officer - Remote

Overview

This role serves as the organization's Chief Compliance Officer for all aspects of the business, including serving as the Chief Compliance Officer for Fidelity & Guaranty Securities Corp ("FGSC"), a registered broker dealer distributing F&G's registered insurance products. This position reports to the SVP, Chief of Government, Regulatory and Compliance Affairs and is responsible for establishing enterprise-wide compliance vision, driving data-informed decision-making, fostering inclusive practices, and leading with accountability while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory excellence.

In Short

• Lead compliance efforts for Fidelity & Guaranty Securities Corp.
• Develop and maintain compliance programs and training.
• Conduct regular compliance reviews and risk assessments.
• Manage compliance with regulatory requirements across business units.
• Lead and develop compliance teams.
• Prepare periodic updates for executive leadership.
• Foster collaboration between departments.
• Manage compliance department budget and resources.
• Support product development compliance and marketing initiatives.
• Engage in special projects and corporate compliance matters.

Requirements

• Law degree from a nationally accredited law school.
• Minimum of 10 years compliance experience in financial services.
• Series 6/26, Series 7/24, or Series 14 license required.
• Strong legal and compliance skills with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated management and leadership abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Westlaw.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
