Overview

The Agency Services Licensing Specialist II is accountable for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of distributor onboarding and maintenance within compliance of state and federal licensing rules and regulations.

In Short

• Develop and maintain knowledge of Licensing and Contracting procedures.
• Review documentation for compliance to sell and service products.
• Stay informed of regulatory requirements and updates.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Initiate agent appointments and process maintenance transactions.
• Review reports and resolve conflicts with agent data.
• Provide feedback on errors and issues.
• Participate in cross-training and special projects.
• Ensure quality and productivity standards are met.

Requirements

• AA or BA degree preferred; relevant experience considered.
• Minimum 2 years of office experience in insurance or regulated financial services.
