Overview

As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.

In Short

• Support Project Managers and Producers in delivering high-quality experiences.
• Assess buildings and spaces, manage landlord relationships, and work with multiple vendors.
• Conduct due diligence of base buildings and maintain a venue database.
• Source and secure venues for Fever Originals experiences.
• Negotiate fees, lease agreements, and terms with venue owners.
• Obtain necessary permits and coordinate logistics for production.
• Oversee venue-related issues across multiple projects.
• Develop playbooks and real estate trackers.
• Represent Fever at site visits and local events.
• Collaborate with production teams to enhance audience experiences.

Requirements

• Experience in property or real estate negotiations, facilities management, or live event production.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of reading floor plans and technical drawings.
• Excellent networking skills.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
