• Responsible for due diligence of base buildings.
• Source and secure venues for events.
• Identify challenges and opportunities with venues.
• Negotiate fees and lease agreements with venue owners.
• Oversee venue-related issues across multiple projects.
• Develop playbooks and trackers for production teams.

Requirements

• Track record in property or real estate negotiations.
• Experience in facilities management or live event production.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of reading floor plans and technical drawings.
• Excellent networking skills.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
