As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Fever, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process and ensuring a world-class candidate experience.

• Identify and source high-quality candidates through various channels.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job ads, screening, and interviews.
• Work closely with hiring managers to define the recruitment process.

• Manage the existing pipeline of candidates.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar tech or related industry.
• Proven success in delivering international tech hires.
• High English level and fluent Spanish; other languages are a plus.
• Residence in Spain.
• Experience with ATS systems.
• Understanding of Fever’s vision and operations.
• Strong networking skills.
