Overview

Fever is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Agent who is fluent in Arabic and has a passion for providing exceptional service. This role involves supporting customers through various channels while working from home.

In Short

  • Provide customer service via email, phone, and social media.
  • Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries.
  • Deliver accurate and complete information to customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and follow up for resolution.
  • Adhere to communication procedures and guidelines.
  • Engage customers and provide solutions.
  • Work in parallel with the Operations Department.
  • Work schedule: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, 5 days a week.
  • Home office position.
  • Join a dynamic, international team.

Requirements

  • High level of Arabic (oral & written) and fluency in Spanish or English.
  • Experience in User Support or Customer Service.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable and solution-oriented professional.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes.
  • Decisive and organized mindset.
  • Must reside in Spain.
