Overview

The Application Administrator position supports the core ERP application for Ferguson’s portfolio of operating companies, providing domain expertise on Sage X3 ERP solutions and integrations.

In Short

• Support the administration and maintenance of the Sage X3 ERP platform.
• Ensure optimal performance and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendor contacts.
• Manage user accounts and roles in alignment with security standards.
• Proactively monitor application performance.
• Document system configurations and workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Participate in project meetings and provide training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.
• Experience managing Sage X3 ERP solutions.
• Familiarity with application configuration and settings.
• Understanding of API integrations and data feeds.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with teams.
• Knowledge of data security standards.
• Prior experience supporting distribution businesses.
• Familiarity with plumbing and lighting product categories is a plus.
