Overview

The Division of Education and Training at The Fenway Institute is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the implementation of a national initiative aimed at improving HIV service delivery for unsheltered individuals.

In Short

  • Serve as the Technical Assistance liaison to 10 funded sites.
  • Monitor site performance and conduct site visits.
  • Lead the planning of bi-annual multi-site meetings.
  • Develop and edit reports and training materials.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage documentation and ensure compliance with agency policies.
  • Participate in professional development activities.
  • Travel across the country for site visits and meetings.
  • Enhance knowledge of HIV intervention strategies.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least two years of project management experience.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and in groups.
  • Willingness to work East Coast hours.
  • Ability to travel approximately 15 times per year.
  • Knowledge of diverse communities, particularly BIPOC and LGBTQIA+.
  • Preferred experience in Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program settings.
  • Physical ability to sit and type for extended periods.
