Grants Project Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Grants Project Manager, you will play a vital role in the successful administration and development of grants within our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire grant application process, from client kick-off to submission. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the fulfillment of grant objectives.

In Short

• Lead the preparation and submission of grant applications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between our CFS team and the client/partners.
• Develop project timeline and milestones based on solicitation requirements.
• Create project tasks that align with the funding solicitation.
• Manage client expectations with clear instructions.
• Provide weekly status updates to the client on project status.
• Provide clear direction and leadership to the writing team.
• Maintain open and effective communication channels within the team.
• Documented history of funded grant awards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Fluency in English required.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in grant project management.
• Certifications in pre-award research administration preferred.
• Deep understanding of federal agencies.
• Familiarity with federal SF424 forms.
• Strong knowledge of federal grant compliance and regulations.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using project management tools.
