In this key role, you will manage and oversee all ongoing operational processes and take on the disciplinary leadership of our nationwide service technician team in Germany.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to travel (5 days per month).
• Experience in team leadership (at least five people).
• Experience in service technology or customer success.
