In Short

  • Lead brand marketing strategy for Felix across Canada.
  • Develop and oversee integrated full-funnel marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product teams for go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in DTC brand marketing, including 3+ years in e-commerce.
  • 6+ years leading cross-functional teams, with 4+ years in people management.
  • Experience in high-growth startups or challenger brands.
  • Preferred experience in healthcare/wellness or regulated industries.
