As a central finance person alongside the founders, you will take responsibility for planning, controlling, and analysis for our Agri-PV projects. You will be central to the financial structuring of our projects and the strategic further development. A hands-on role with direct impact.

Requirements

• A completed degree in business administration, finance, or a comparable field.
• Initial relevant experience in finance, ideally in a start-up or small/medium-sized enterprise.

• Experience in renewable energies; knowledge in Agri-Photovoltaics or financing agricultural business models is a big plus.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in financial modeling with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Basic knowledge in controlling and the fundamentals of HGB.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Independent, structured, and proactive working style with a high sense of responsibility.
