Director, Regional Agri Sourcing & Sharing - Remote

Overview

The Director, Regional Agri Sourcing & Sharing has accountability for fostering relationships and removing obstacles, through solution-building, that supports the network to grow agri pounds (fresh produce, protein, and dairy) distributed, equitably and at an optimized cost.

In Short

• Develop and implement strategy to grow availability and access to donations of agricultural products.
• Manage projects, processes, and relationships with network partners.
• Aid in the creation, development, and execution of grants.
• Plan and facilitate high-level engagement meetings.
• Provide subject matter expertise on agri food sourcing.
• Lead a team to build regional sourcing and sharing strategies.
• Communicate with external stakeholders to support development of business plans.
• Collaborate with departments to support network members.
• Engage in committees and projects that enhance the organizational mission.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of functional and business experience in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Minimum of 5 years leading programs and projects.
• Proven experience managing direct reports.
• Strong networking and relationship management skills.
• Excellence in developing business plans and concepts.
• Adept at using technology and remote collaboration methods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Tableau.
